日前，通力电梯向美国圣路易斯的克莱顿市中心的Forsyth Pointe提供包括11台MonoSpace®700电梯。该Forsyth Pointe是一座混合用途的建筑，位于密苏里州圣路易斯郊区，占地100万平方英尺，由圣路易斯公司Christner Architects和CEDERGREEN LLC设计，获得能源和环境设计银级认证。该建筑有475,000平方英尺的办公空间和街道零售区，还有1,250个停车位。除电梯设备以外，通力电梯还为其提供KONE Destination目的层控制系统、E-linkTM远程监控系统和信息屏幕。

KONE VT SYSTEM FOR ST. LOUIS MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

KONE is providing vertical-transportation (VT) equipment including 11 MonoSpace® 700 elevators to Forsyth Pointe, a 1-million-ft2, mixed-use development in downtown Clayton, Missouri, a St. Louis suburb. Designed by St. Louis firms Christner Architects and CEDERGREEN LLC to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Silver certification, the development includes 475,000 ft2 of office space and street-level retail within eight- and 10-story towers linked by a seven-story, 1,250-space parking structure. Energy-efficient features include a green roof and an electric-vehicle charging station. In addition to the elevators, Forsyth Pointe will be served by KONE Destination, the E-linkTM remote-monitoring system and InfoScreens.
