6月23日,森赫电梯博士后工作站隆重举行王位博士进站开题报告会,森赫电梯董事长李东流、行政人事总监朱红梅、总经办主任郁小明等公司领导出席,仪式由森赫电梯科技研究院院长王琪冰博士主持;湖州市人力社保局副局长郭连伟、湖州市人力社保局专技处副处长程慧群、南浔区人力社保局领导班子成员曹光景等相关领导出席仪式。
王位博士2019年6月毕业于浙江大学机械电子工程专业,获博士学位;2020年1月森赫电梯与浙江大学联合培养王位博士后,并正式进入森赫电梯博士后工作站工作。
报告会上,李东流董事长介绍了公司发展情况及博士后工作站工作规划,王位博士就“大跨度自动扶梯的优化设计”研究课题作进站报告,汇报项目研究计划,以杭州电子科技大学吴立群教授为组长的专家考核小组对王位博士报告给予积极肯定,市人社局副局长郭连伟对森赫电梯博士后工作站工作提出宝贵建议,介绍了博士后扶持政策并寄予厚望。
截止目前,森赫电梯博士后工作站已有2名博士后顺利出站,现有3名博士后在站, 森赫电梯高度重视高端人才的引进,把博士后工作站这一平台建设,作为加强人才引进和培养、推进产学研合作的重要抓手,为助推企业转型升级提供人才保障和高端智力支持。
Sicher Elevator’s Doctoral Working Station Opening Reports to Absorb Talents
Sicher Elevator’s Doctoral Working Station has held an opening report on June 23rd, held by Dr.Wang Qibing, Head of Sicher Elevator Science and Technology Research Institute, with the attendance of Sicher Elevator President Li Dongliu, Administration and HR Director Zhu Hongmei and Executive Officer Yu Xiaoming. The conference has also invited and seen Deputy Director of Huzhou Human Resource and Social Security Bureau Guo Lianwei, Vice Director of Professional Technology Cheng Huiqun and leader of Nanxun Human Resource and Social Security Bureau Cao Guangjing.
