在COVID-19疫情期间，通力电梯宣布为经营经营医疗机构和护理院的现有客户免费安装24小时全天候连线服务（ 24/7 Connected Services）。通力电梯服务业务执行副总裁Hugues Delval说：“我们对所服务的客户和社区表示深切的关心，并在这个特殊时期为他们提供更多的保障。我们有责任维持社会继续运转，保证重要服务不断线。在这个时期，没有什么地方比病患照顾的机构更重要了。”

 

KONE 24/7 Connected Services Installed Free for Certain Customers

KONE is offering to install its 24/7 Connected Services free during the COVID-19 pandemic for current customers that operate medical facilities and care homes. “We care deeply about the customers and communities we serve, and we are taking extra steps to protect our customers’ businesses during this extraordinary time,” said Hugues Delval, Executive Vice President, Service Business at KONE. “We have a responsibility to help keep society running and critical services operational.
