迅达日前宣布迅达控股有限公司2020年度股东大会将在2020年3月19日召开。为配合瑞士联邦委员会近期发布的与COVID-19有关的要求，迅达股东将不会亲自出席会议，而是由独立代理人进行投票。为适应该政策，投票截止日期延长至2020年3月18日。

Schindler requests shareholders to vote via independent proxy

Schindler today confirmed that Schindler Holding Ltd.’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on March 19, 2020. To comply with the latest requirements related to COVID-19 issued by the Federal Council today, shareholders will not be allowed to attend in person.

Instead, shareholders are requested to vote via independent proxy. To accommodate this measure, the voting deadline has been extended to March 18, 2020.
