继2020年2月27日蒂森克虏伯监事会决定将以172亿欧元的价格整体销售电梯业务至由安宏资本、盛峰资本和RAG基金会组成的私募基金联合体之后,蒂森克虏伯电梯业务重要的部分--蒂森克虏伯中国区制造迎来标准化战略调整。
据知情人士透露,
蒂森克虏伯电梯中国区制造合同工程管理部于3月1日起实行新的管理架构,以改善中国区制造的营运效率、简化流程,为整体赢利做出贡献。
标准化是蒂森克虏伯电梯中国区制造的一项关键战略,为了进一步提高合同工程业务的标准化和自动化,改善中国区制造的营运效率,新的管理架构体现了以亚太区领导为首,以功能模块矩阵化扁平式的管理方式为主。
蒂森克虏伯电梯上海松江工厂和广东中山工厂的合同工程团队将统一归入中国区制造合同工程管理部。
通过整合合同工程资源,统一和规范合同工程解决方案,提高合同配置的自动化程度,优化合同工程的各项流程,不断提升整体工作效率。
调整后,中国区层面得到最大化的有效利用,流程简化。
蒂森克虏伯电梯技术业务以172亿欧元出售给由安宏资本、盛峰资本和RAG基金会组成的联合财团。该交易将在本财政年度结束前完成(2020年6月30日前)。交易收益将为蒂森克虏伯今后转型铺平道路。
无论在外部出售还是内部调整,蒂森克虏伯电梯转型已然开始。
Thyssenkrupp China Sees Adjustment of Standardization Strategy
Thyssenkrupp announced on Feb. 27th that it decided to sell Elevator Technology business for €17.2 billion to consortium of bidders led by Advent, Cinven and RAG foundation. After that, thyssenkrupp China will experience an adjustment of standardization strategy
It’s said that manufacturing engineering management department of thyssenkrupp would start a new management structure since March 1st, in order to improve operating efficiency and streamline process, according to source.
And thyssenkrupp China is expected to achieved the maximum of efficiency and streamlining.
Closing of the elevator transaction is expected by the end of the current fiscal year. With the sale, we are paving the way for thyssenkrupp to become successful.
Anyway, thyssenkrupp has started its transformation by selling elevator business and internal adjustment.
