苏州市电梯业商会赴泉塘村开展扶贫调研和结对帮扶考察工作

为认真贯彻市工商联和铜仁结对帮扶、精准扶贫的指示精神，11月19日，本商会由副会长苏州科达液压电梯有限公司董事长任福明带队、崔清华商会会长单位代表、康力电梯股份有限公司董事长助理、黄伟良副会长江苏神王集团钢缆有限公司董事长、徐敏副会长苏州创恒电梯有限公司总经理、江苏神王集团钢缆有限公司副总经理周敏、商会秘书长张维德一行6人驱车近四个小时赴沿河县泉塘镇泉塘村。

沿河县工商联副主席冉琴、泉塘镇镇长崔波、泉塘镇人大副主席杨强、泉塘村驻村干部田卓、泉塘村村支书陈云泉、泉塘村村委会主任覃进军陪同考察活动。

上午在村委会办公室听取了泉塘村脱贫攻坚工作方案。

泉塘村紧靠泉塘镇，目前定为非贫困村，近几年，政府主要精力投入深度贫困村扶贫，该村由于得到政府的扶贫支持少，现状反而落后。

该村目前全村1069人，未脱贫61户294人占27.5%，2019年力争全部脱贫。主要产业养鸡及养40多头牛。目前准备发展种植玉米、高粱等短平快项目。全村用水改造已全面结束，但是村里的基础设施还是比较陈旧落后。村里前两年在村中心搞了一个文化活动广场，地面硬化已基本结束，但村委会搬迁、广场舞台设施因资金短缺，暂无进度。渴望通过对口扶贫，以提高村里基础设施来提高村里群众满意度。

考察组领队任福明副会长代表考察组与对口村进行交流。这次我们来考察调研，扶贫要在精准扶贫上做文章，沉下去，为村里构造“造血”机制，以就业扶贫为主导，以电梯行业特色为落脚点，以培养电梯短缺人才为突破口，以电梯安装维修技术人才为切入点，培养专业技术人才，带动一批务工人员就业率。实现扶贫措施具有后劲可持续发展。

下午考察组人员深入村里进行实地考察调研，重点看了村里的文化活动广场，并且深入贫困家庭进行深度访贫。

考察组准备将这次调研考察活动情况提交理事会讨论众筹帮扶资金，共同制定结对帮扶实施方案。

 Suzhou Elevator Chamber of Commerce Poverty Alleviation in Quantang Village

Led by Ren Fuming, Deputy Chairman of Suzhou Elevator Chamber of Commerce and President of Suzhou Koood Elevator Company, a group of six people, including Cui Qinghua, Member Delegate of Suzhou Elevator Chamber of Commerce and Chairman Assistant of Canny Elevator, Huang Weiliang, Deputy Chairman of Suzhou Elevator Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of Jiangsu Shenwang Group, Xu Min, Deputy Chairman of Suzhou Elevator Chamber of Commerce and Suzhou Chuangheng Elevator Company, Zhou Min, Vice General Manager of Jiangsu Shenwang Group, and Zhang Weide, General Secretary of Suzhou Elevator Chamber of Commerce. After a 4-hour-drive, the group has arrived Quantang Village, Quantang Town, Yanhe County.

Local officials, including Ran Qin, Vice Chairman of Association of Industry and Commerce, Cui Bo, Head of Quantang Town, Yang Qiang, Vice Chairman of the People’s Congress of Yanhe County, Tian Zhuo, an official assigned to Quantang Village, Chen Yunquan, Village Party Secretary, and Qin Jinjun, Director of the village Party committee, have received the group and joined the visiting activity.

Local officials have introduced the poverty alleviation program to the visiting group on the very morning, in the village Party committee office.

And the group was guided around the village for on-site investigation in the afternoon, visiting the cultural activity plaza and made a deepened investigation to local needy families.

The group would later submit the investigation report to the council, discuss on a plan of fundraise for alleviation capital and develop a detailed assisting program.
