辽宁沈河区电梯维保监管新突破----拍摄留记录

辽宁沈河区质监系统在特种设备监管方面有所创新和突破，特别加强了电梯维保的实效性和有效性方面加以偿试和突破。

靠自觉的时代一去不复返

按照规定，电梯的维修保养应该每半个月一次，此前对维保人员的监管更多靠其自觉。在数字化平台开通后，与电梯维保系统进行了联网，每名维保人员进行电梯维保时，都需要拍摄维保操作的照片，不但要拍摄到维修保养电梯的关键部位，还需有维保更换零件等的维保单。做到让电梯维保真实有效，有望大大降低电梯的事故率。据介绍，现在沈河区已有500台电梯在维保时试运行了该平台，计划在今年底前全区的4600余台电梯可全部实现。

加强投拆管理、形成信用数据

　　依托综合监管平台，沈河区质监系统还将实现“一站式”解决投诉举报。具体做法是将12315、12331、12365平台及沈河区民生诉求热线、区门户网站投诉、微信投诉等投诉渠道进行业务和网络整合，建立全科式投诉举报中心。通过投诉举报中心统一登记受理，处理完成后再将结果反馈到投诉举报中心。由中心对案件进行统一评价、统一公示，形成市场主体投诉举报的信用数据。

　　Shoot for record - breakthrough in Liaoning elevator maintenance

　　Authority of Shenhe District, Liaoning has connected the digitized platform in quality supervisor with elevator maintenance system, calling for maintenance workers to take photos in operation. The photos are required to cover every key elevator components and operation on them as well as the maintenance sheet of replacing components. Such methods enhances the true effectiveness of the maintenance work and considerably lowers accident possibility. So far 500 sets of elevators in Shenhe District has been connected to this platform the remaining over 4100 sets are expected to finish in the end of 2017.
