　　重庆市城乡建设委员会关于发布《住宅电梯配置和选型及安装维护标准》的通知


各区县（自治县）城乡建委，两江新区、北部新区、经开区、高新区、万盛经开区、双桥经开区建设管理局，有关单位：
　　现批准《住宅电梯配置和选型及安装维护标准》为我市工程建设强制性标准，编号为DBJ50-253-2017，自2017年4月1日起施行。其中，第3.1.5、3.2.5条为强制性条文。通过住房和城乡建设部审查与备案，备案号为J13691-2017，必须严格执行。
　　本标准由重庆市城乡建设委员会负责管理和强制性条文的解释，重庆市建筑科学研究院负责具体技术内容解释。

　　Latest elevator installation standards released by Chongqing Urban-Rural Construction Committee

　　Standard for Planning, Selection and Installation of Residential lifts (DBJ50-253-2017), a mandatory regulation in engineering construction in Chongqing, has brought into effect on April 1st, 2017, whose Article 3.1.5 and 3.2.5 are compulsory provision. The Standard has been reviewed and put on record by local Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Committee, with the record number of J13691-2017.
