在地震来袭前,电梯地震感知器可以检测到地震波,通过电梯控制系统使电梯尽快在最近的楼层平层开门,使乘客及时撤离。这样的电梯地震预警目前在四川少数电梯上得到应用。
在近年历次地震中,由于地震时电梯仍在运行,导致电梯破坏、乘客被困等情况,对人员及时撤离造成影响。汶川地震六个重灾区的近5万台电梯中就有2万多台受损,近千台电梯报废或需重大维修;2014年康定地震中,发生乘客被困电梯2个小时的情况。
地震感知器有机械式和电子式两种
在地震中一般电梯对重会从导轨中脱离、轿厢损坏、电机移动、导靴损坏等,导致电梯困人或伤人。
在日本、美国、欧洲,地震多发国家或地区,电梯中必须安装地震感知器,提前感知地震波,在大地震来临前,控制电梯就近平层,避免电梯悬停在楼层之间,持续敞开电梯门,保障乘客及时安全撤离。
我国电梯标准委员会也在地震中的电梯标准做出了技术指导和相应的规定,但由于价格竞争等因素,地震带上的电梯也未能普及,人员财产的保障相对缺乏,有待进一步推广应用。

Seismic Sensor in Elevator Should be Widely Applied in Earthquake Zone
Normal elevators are to suffer problems as derailment, car damage, motor movement, guide shoe damage, etc. in earthquakes which may cause passengers trapped or injured.
Seismic sensors are required to apply to elevators in earthquake-prone countries and regions like Japan, America and the European area, so that the elevator can sense seismic wave in advance, drive the elevator car to the nearest floor, and open the doors to let passengers evacuate safely.
Chinese Elevator Standard Committee has also released some technology guidance and relevant regulations in case of elevators in earthquakes, while unfortunately, such sensors are not popular in seismic zone and residents’ life and property safe are under little security, due to price competition and more reasons.Such circumstances calls for immediate solution and seismic sensors should be widely applied especially in seismic zone.
