近日，康力电梯成功签署协议，携手多家上市公司伙伴，联合保利资本、碧桂园创投共同布局地产产业链生态圈，发起设立“保碧房地产产业链赋能基金”。截止目前，包括康力电梯、东方雨虹、欧普照明、皮阿诺、科顺家族基金等多家产业链优质企业已公告入资，涉及电梯、防水、照明、家居定制等多个供应链品类。
保碧基金由保利资本和碧桂园创投作为基石投资人出资。保利资本系依托于保利地产、致力于打造产融结合新型行业生态的投资平台；碧桂园创投系碧桂园集团从事股权投资的一级部门。该基金将与产业链成熟上市公司积极合作，以基金投资为纽带，合力打造地产开发平台与产业供应链的B端新型互补发展战略。康力，坚定不移开创着属于民族电梯品牌的崛起与发展道路。公司将继续探索产业为先、善用资本，围绕陪伴康力电梯共同发展的合作伙伴，加强沟通、互信、产业互动，同享机遇，共赢未来。

Canny Elevator has signed an agreement with several listed enterprises, cooperated with Poly Capital and Country Garden Venture Capital to scheme the real estate industry chain ecosystem and founded the Poly-Country Garden Real Estate Industry Chain Empowerment Foundation.
