南京市96333电梯应急处置中心消息,该中心参考滴滴打车模式开发了就近派单功能,当发生电梯困人故障时,中心工作人员调度一级救援(签约维保)单位后,该单位可以直接在南京电梯APP上查找定位距离最近的救援人员前往救援。如果一级救援未及时响应,96333工作人员会启动二级网格救援,以故障电梯为坐标,就近搜索距离最近的3个到5个救援站点及人员,推送应急处置信息,就近派单。

Nanjing Elevator Emergency Center 96333 has developed an order dispatch platform where emergency staff could call the first-level rescuing units, which are usually cooperating maintenance units, when emergency occurs. The rescuing unit could locate the nearest rescuing staff on the APP of Nanjing Elevator and dispatch him to conduct rescuing work. In case of no immediate response from first-level rescuing units, 96333 staff would call the second-level rescuing network, which means the rescuing mission would be dispatched to the nearest 3 to 5 rescuing stations or individuals around the accident site. The problem could be solved as soon as possible.
