Brugg Rope Life Predictor (RLP) gives every building owner, manager and elevator technician the opportunity to make accurate predictions on rope life and better choices in rope selection. Brugg RLP is a secure web app enabling the user to calculate how long until your rope reaches the end of its life with precision.
The RLP is an is an industry first and allows you to input key variables such as rope usage, rope/core design, sheave diameters, groove profiles, reverse bends, car speed, tensioning and load effects… it even predicts future maintenance costs. , which could save you a fortune in maintenance, labor and re-roping costs.
This revolutionary new tool has been based upon the work of acclaimed Professor Dr. Klaus Feyrer, University of Stuttgart, and is now trusted and used by engineers all over the world.
